My tamales are made from a family recipe passed down through generations. While they come from my kitchen, they’re made for everyone to enjoy — whether it’s a tradition in your home or your very first taste
I make tamales fresh twice a year — in May and November.
Each batch is prepared in pre-ordered quantities only and designed to be freezer-friendly, so you can stock up and enjoy them whenever you want. The tamales are fully cooked, easy to reheat, and perfect to keep on hand for quick meals or special occasions.
All orders must be placed at least one month before the preparation date ,which is currently October 1st, to guarantee availability. Use the form to request more information or place your order.
Tamales come in packs of 6, and I sell them by the dozen for $25. You can mix and match flavors—simply choose two 6-packs to make your full dozen. The current flavors are Red Chili Pork, Chicken Green Chili, and Tamales de Rajas. Please note: all tamales contain pork products.
